Poptropica how do you restart an island

My poptropican is stuck somehow a phantom! Usually, the loading in Poptropica takes like seconds but this loading to get out of the main street takes minutes… and even longer. How can I fix this? I tried customizing, reloading the game, nothing worked! I nearly had a heart attack when I saw them! My username is sienaq. Never Mind! Im in the spy level. I was talking to Dr. Spyglass, and i got the code. He went to the upstairs room, and i cant get there.
